Working Together to Reach More People, Sooner

The Drew Gross Forever Foundation is proud to announce a new partnership with the University of Miami Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, a national leader in cancer research, treatment, and community outreach. Together, we are focused on expanding access to early cancer screening, supporting colorectal cancer research, and delivering preventive care directly into the communities that need it most.

This partnership represents an important step forward for DGFF and strengthens our ability to support programs that move beyond awareness and into meaningful, on-the-ground impact.

Bringing Screening to the Community

For many individuals, the biggest obstacle to early cancer detection isn’t fear—it’s access. Cost, transportation, time, and awareness can all stand in the way of getting screened.

Through Sylvester’s community outreach initiatives, including the Game Changer Vehicles, free cancer screenings are brought directly to neighborhoods across South Florida. These mobile programs meet people where they are, removing barriers and making early detection possible for those who might otherwise go without care.

This is where donor support becomes deeply personal—and deeply impactful.
